You’d think after three previous trips to Maui that we’d pretty much have seen just about everything there was to see. Well, all the new sights and experiences we saw in those two weeks last February proved that totally wrong. We made it up to the top of Haleakala for the sunrise (finally), we added two more whale watches and some great shots to our collection, drove to Hana ourselves for the first time and stayed overnight, and met up with our new Twitter friends. And that’s only the half of it.

What's a trip to Maui without a little (or a lot of) shopping. Even with all the murmurs about the economy, there were still plenty of activity that we saw in the shops along Front Street.
