We're Back Home

Alas, our journey has ended and we're now back home here in Chicago. And guess what, there's a change of snow tomorrow night. How rude.

Anyway, we got back yesterday afternoon and had to start some of the post-vacation activities like unpacking, getting all the mail from our neighbor, deleting two weeks worth of spam email, and going grocery shopping. We also had to pick up our rabbits from my brother's place. I think they're glad to be home.

I still have quite a bit to do with the blog and the site in the coming days and weeks, so there will be a steady amount of activity going on here. It was such a wonderful trip and we certainly didn't want to leave, but now it's time to work on preserving these memories, going through photos, putting together the annual scrapbook, catch up with friends and family, and start the wish list for next year.
